In our Hotel in Val di Sole the pleasure of enjoying delicious dishes prepared according to national and international recipes, but above all traditional Val di Sole recipes, will satisfy even the most refined taste buds. For those who prefer light cuisine it is possible to choose from our light menu and our salad bar. And to end your meal, our Chef will tempt you with his one of a kind desserts. The restaurant has a flexible timetable to allow you to fully enjoy your vacation.

The products used are mainly seasonal products and, whenever possible, natural local products. Innovative cooking techniques like low temperature vacuum cooking methods are used to prepare the majority of our foods, therefore providing:

  • foods that are lighter and easier to digest: the low temperature avoids the loss of mineral salts and minimizes the degradation of vitamins.
  • with low temperature cooking, the amount of condiments and fats used is greatly reduced because they are not necessary for vacuum cooking methods.
